Acción Laboral is a non-profit organisation, with a nationwide field of action with more than 20 offices and 100 employees. Acción Laboral has developed more than 100 comprehensive programmes of employment and training at national level, supporting more than 10.000 users and getting a relocation average of 50%. Its main activity is labour market insertion and outplacement, through the development of Integral Employment Plans and training courses.
The objectives of the organisation are the improvement of employment services and professional integration for unemployed people by carrying out programmes anywhere and in a clear-defined time, achieving very satisfying results. Mainly working on transversal, communication and basic skills, complemented by ICT training, motivation and labour guidance.
Our target group are unemployed people, including adults with difficult labour insertion, people with disabilities, migrants, long-term unemployed people, young people without qualifications, women, people with low literacy skills, etc.
BEFORE DIGITAL FARMER PROJECT
Acción Laboral has more than 10 years of experience in employment and training projects focused for long-term unemployed people, including migrants and people at risk of social exclusion. Some of the more representative projects implemented:
OPEA Castilla y León: Professional orientation program for employment and assistance for self-employment, aimed at improving the employability conditions of unemployed people.
PROSOA Rural aims to promote social and civic skills in schools in rural areas to encourage young entrepreneurs to focus on generating initiatives of local development conserving the Cultural Heritage and the Traditions.
DIGITAL RURAL GAME aims to promote in low-skilled adults the acquisition of digital competences and other soft skills needed to eliminate the digital gap in rural areas in Europe.
